JqChart for ASP.net WebForms not showing markers correctly

We are using JqChart for ASP.net WebForms. On some machine in chrome these markers show fine but on some others it does not. Can anyone help me to share experience what could be problem.

Bugs
No marker Showing
On mouse over Black box is showing only.
